Roles and Responsibility:

  • Responsible for sourcing and recruiting the candidates on various skills set as per the job specifications
  • Should be able to coordinate with business, understand requirements and work on job specifications
  • Sourcing resumes from various Job Portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.)
  • Publishing job ads on careers pages, job boards and social media
  • Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
  • Pre-qualify the candidates by evaluating technical strengths and provide shortlists of qualified potential hires
  • Ensuring that adequate number of qualified candidates are submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner
  • Prepare candidates before interviews with clients
  • Completing required paper work if candidate gets selected for the position
  • Follow up with candidates on offer acceptance and joining


Required skills and qualities:

  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone, Skype reference check etc.)
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
  • Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
