  • Good Experience in L2/L3 support of Teamcenter
  • knowledge of Teamcenter Architecture
  • Good knowledge of Teamcenter Foundation applications – Organization, My Teamcenter, Workflow Designer, Query Builder, Access Manager, Structure Manager
  • Good knowledge of Tc and CAD integrations – TCIC and IPEM
  • Good at analysing and resolving end-user Teamcenter issues
  • Handle batch-runs and good at conducting RCA for common problems
  • Flexible to work in Customer Time zones
