Experience Level: 10+ years of strong proven work experience in BI Product License selling, Consulting and support for Enterprise Accounts
Reporting to: Business Head – Enterprise Accounts
Work location: Delhi / Mumbai, India

Role Objectives:

  • Manage the sales administration function and streamlining the process
  • Increase sales volume, contribute to profit and continuous growth

Daily tasks and duties will include:

  • Work with Executive Management team, in expanding the BI Product License selling, Consulting and support, expanding models primarily in India Markets
  • Provide on-the-ground support for the sales team as they generate leads and close new deals
  • Meet the customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of the relationship with them
  • Develop and implement new sales strategies and programs to capture key demographics
  • Advising senior management in maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish
  • Responsible for managing the sales team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, expense control, meeting agreed targets
  • Conduct review meetings on a regular basis to ensure targets are met
  • Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan, specifically advising a realistic forecast for each of our services
  • Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communication
  • Provide a high standard of ongoing training for the sales team to enhance the team competence
  • Developing sales strategies and setting sales targets
  • Compiling and analyzing sales figures
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research
  • Candidate should be flexible to travel throughout India as a part of the job function

  • Self-starter with the highest degree of energy, self-confidence and integrity and the ability to perform well with-out daily supervision
  • Ability to interact at all customer levels
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to successfully negotiate with customers at all management levels
  • Ability to communicate and interact with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure both externally and internally across department lines, meet deadlines, and be flexible in working on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Proven ability to exceed annual/quarterly/monthly sales goals

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with excellent spoken and written English
  • Preferred Master’s Degree in Marketing/Sales
