This role is within the Sales enablement & Transformation organization at Goldstone Technologies Ltd. and is a key member of the Change, Communication, and Sales Enablement team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the development of the enablement & GTM strategy and plan, including training, and communications that positively impact our Sales teams and achieve desired business outcomes for the Data analytics organization at Goldstone.
  • Assist & support end – end Sales process oversight
  • Build and maintain sales collateral.
  • Responsible for effectively handling, communicating & escalating procedure issues to Sales and internal teams
  • Collaborate & support other departments to achieve overall organization enablement objectives
  • Proactively identify and develop enablement improvements for our teams
  • Own & lead the creation and updating of Enablement processes, policies, and work instructions.
  • Engaging newly hired team members post new hire training to help them ramp them into their specific role and the group.
  • Work with Business Intelligence team to maintain MIS reports/dashboards on performance for various KPIs
  • Special projects that could include but are not limited to CRM management, assisting with All Hands, Quarterly business reviews, and others
  • Schedule sessions and provide post enablement support including surveys, course assignments, cheat sheets, and other activities that embed the learning process.
  • Achieve high-quality standards and customer satisfaction scores on delivered programs
  • Assists the Content team in maintaining, updating, and coordinating content
  • Help plan and manage Sales enablement events
  • Lead quarterly reviews for all engagements & projects, monitoring the data, insights
  • Proactively identify synergies, redundancies, and opportunities to streamline our workflows, meeting cadences and cross-functional collaboration


Required Profile:

  • 7+ years of experience in a PMO role implementing business strategies
  • Post-graduate education (MBA degree preferred) in a relevant field
  • Strong oral & written communication skills, and must be able to communicate clearly & effectively with various levels of staff, including senior management, along with being an effective listener.
  • Excellent time and project management skills with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and work collaboratively.
  • Excellent analytical skills, developing and maintaining metrics for our Enablement team
  • Ability to translate business information into a compelling story
  • Excellent organization skills, self-motivated and the ability to work independently
  • Results-oriented, dependable, and adaptable to change
  • Confidence and ability to effectively lead, handle and execute multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, often ambiguous, and constantly evolving environment
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
  • Must have a positive & collaborative approach to teamwork to work effectively and efficiently within a team-oriented environment in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
