Experience: Overall 7 to 8 years, with at least 1 year as Team Leader
Work Location: Hyderabad, India
Must work as an Individual Contributor and also manage and guide a small team of recruiters.
Be a Talent Advisor to Hiring Managers by gathering Market Intelligence on skill availability.
Must manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage.
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting and develop a proactive pool of qualified candidates.
Engage with Delivery Heads and Line Managers to design recruitment strategy.
Manage vendors and assist in identifying & building new channels of recruitment and talent pool.
Recruitment MIS – Generate insights and analysis to drive efficiency and quality.
Continuously improve the recruitment processes.
Managing effective and smooth on-boarding of new hires in coordination with the HR Operations Team.
Good conceptual knowledge of BI & Data Analytics, IT Infrastructure, Storage, Cloud, SaaS, and IaaS will be an added advantage.
