Daily tasks and duties will include:
© Work with Executive Management team, in expanding the BI Product License selling, Consulting and support, expanding models primarily in India Markets
© Provide on-the-ground support for the sales team as they generate leads and close new deals
© Meet the customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of the relationship with them
© Develop and implement new sales strategies and programs to capture key demographics
© Advising senior management in maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish
© Responsible for managing the sales team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, expense control, meeting agreed targets
© Conduct review meetings on a regular basis to ensure targets are met
© Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan, specifically advising a realistic forecast for each of our services
© Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communication
© Provide a high standard of ongoing training for the sales team to enhance the team competence
© Developing sales strategies and setting sales targets
© Compiling and analyzing sales figures
© Collecting customer feedback and market research
© Candidate should be flexible to travel throughout India as a part of the job function
