Role Objectives:

  • Lead Generation, Need Analysis, Demo, Problem Solving, Proposal Sharing, Negotiation, Closure and Upsells
  •  Identify net new Staff Augmentation account and contribute to profit and continuous growth

Daily tasks and duties will include:

  • Interact with potential corporate clients to provide end to end Business Intelligence through telesales initiative
  • Developed a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, and networking
  • Interact with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of the relationship with them
  • Understanding and assessing client requirements, Sharing proposal and presentation with clients and customizing solutions
  • Managing complex sales situations & acquire new clients
  • Responsible for sales and acquisition of clients in the assigned territory
  • Sales management to drive both volume and value business
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research

  • Ability to interact at all customer levels
  • Effective oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to work under pressure both externally and internally across department lines, meet deadlines, and be flexible in working on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Proven ability to exceed annual/quarterly/monthly sales goals

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with excellent spoken and written English
  • Preferred Master’s Degree in Marketing/Sales
