Developed a dynamic dashboard using the defined business logic and existing automated reports and escalation metrics for the Operations team:
Total man hours saved per month: 180 (3 resources x 2 hours x 30 days)
Consolidated static reports into interactive visulization/dashboard
Operations department is now using nearly real-time data to perform decision making actions based on the dynamic ruleset implemented in the dashboard.
