Purpose of the position:

Tableau Consultant 's primary role is to help customers implement the features capabilities and, benefits of Tableau.  As part of Tableau consulting team, the consultant will work largely in a presales technical capacity and is expected to help existing or new customers learn about Tableau by meeting their business requirements.  Tableau consultants contribute to the successful conversion of prospects to customers and engage customers to drive Tableau adoption

Roles and Responsibilities:

         Designing and implementing high quality Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse solutions using various tools

         Good in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)

         Expertise in SQL skills and demonstrated ability to write complex SQL for purposes of analyzing data

         Experience with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

         Ability to work with Large Data Sets (structured and unstructured)

         Ability to determine analytical/text mining techniques from business requirements involving unstructured data

* Serves as the first stop for all inbound communications from customers:
Answers phone calls into our support line
First to touch all emails into support, that are created automatically in Salesforce
